Installing Memory Loader app and follow below steps to configure the settings.
step 1: Go to iPhone/iPod touch/iPad "setting"
step 2: Select "privacy"
step 3: Select "contacts"
step 4: On Memory Loader click "ON"
Return to Memory Loader.
It should now work as usual.
